Role: Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support Location: Aberdeen Rate: £100 + per day (more dependant on experience) I am recruiting for a service desk analyst for an initial 6 month contract in Aberdeen for a large Oil & Gas company. In this role you will be responding to the emails in the Service Desk account and will be the first point of contact for issues such as password re-sets and creating user accounts. In addition to this you will be responding to technical requests in person as well, so you will required to be polite and prompt in dealing with people at differing levels within the business. This role will be well suited to someone already based in the local area that understands the Oil & Gas industry that has previously worked on a service desk before.
