A leading financial organisation is looking to fill a Service Desk positions. This is 1st and 2nd level support role. Initially 6 months with the likelihood to extend.

This role sits within a fast paced and high volume environment that will see you support 1000 + users via telephone. Part of your role will require you to mentor and lead other members in the team, so leadership's skills or previous team lead experience would be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills are also imperative to this role.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 3 years experience in level 1 and 2 support role
- Worked with Windows XP, Windows 7, Office Suite, Good mobile
- Experience in Blackberries, IPhone's, Ipads
- Good documentation skills
- Must have large enterprise experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
