This role requires a pro-active approach to client support at all times working under your own initiative, identifying possible issues before the client is impacted. Offering ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience and ensure proactive updates to clients on all occasions.
- Customer query logging and resolution within Service Level Agreement.
- Provide a comprehensive level of 1st Line support to internal users and external users.
- Participate in the management & Incident desk functions to support Software and Hosted Solutions.
- Liaison with end-users to provide regular feedback on progress.
- Ensure all services are delivered within the agreed service levels and performance standards.
- Ensure all operational checks are completed & issues are communicated appropriately.
- Produce & communicate Information Reports to both internal and external clients.
Job requirements & qualifications
- Qualifications in ENGLISH LANGUAGE/MATHEMATICS/SCIENCE subjects at a tertiary level.
- COMPUTER SKILLS - Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Some knowledge of hardware and software specifications
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a close attention to detail
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team to meet shared goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, utilising the appropriate delivery methods for the target audience
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills, regularly working to tight deadlines
- Self motivating with a desire to learn and develop
