Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract

- INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT

- CBD BASED

You will be the FIRST LINE SUPPORT to a diverse client base via an established Helpdesk. On a day to day basis you will be involved in GENERAL HELPDESK SUPPORT - RESPONDING TO REQUESTS RECEIVED BY TELEPHONE/EMAIL, resolving issues & queries and escalating to the next level as required

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED PROFESSIONALS WITH FOLLOWING SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

- Around 12 months of experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
- Must have experience using Active Directory
- Call logging software - Heat or Infra preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent Communications and presentation skills
