We are currently looking to recruit a suitable candidate for a Service Desk Role who has strong communication and written skills. The company is one of the UK's largest retail companies. The role is based in Victoria, for a period of 3 months.

Skills

*Strong customer service is essential, approachable, personable, structured and technical
*Service Now experience
*Exposure Password resets
*Access control Software installations
*Hand held support
*Strong experience in MS packages - Outlook & Office
*Active Directory Intranet support
*Knowledge of (Networks, PC's Telephony and Change request)

Any experience in Google would be desirable.
