Our client is looking to recruit the service of an experienced SERVICE DESK ANALYST to provide end-to-end support (some Desktop support) for their internal clients/customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experienced in phone/email and face to face support
- Solid skills in Desktop support in a Wintel environment
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed personal presentation skills
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes
