Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk Analyst required for a major client based in Norwich. My client is looking to fill this job before the Easter Break. The successful candidate will need to have proven previous experience working on a busy Service Desk within a Microsoft technology stack environment.

The following skills/technologies/experience will be needed to be considered for the role;

Windows 7
Microsoft Office package
Active Directory - password resets
Spiceworks/Supportworks or a similar call logging system
Working to strict SLA'S
Experience working on a very busy help desk
Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
