Role - Service Desk Analyst
Contract - 3 months
Location - Northampton

Service Desk Analyst required initially a 3 month contract for my client in Northampton.

Working as part of a team, provide a high quality, customer focused Information and Communication technology Help Desk Service.
To provide front line support for a wide variety of hardware, operating systems, generic software and telecommunications equipment.
To ensure that all calls which cannot be resolved by the Help Desk are routed to the correct internal resource, or third party supplier, in order that calls can be resolved within the defined timescales.
