My client is a young energetic organisation seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team for a permanent full time position.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT & is looking to take the next step in their career.

Skills & Responsibilities:

- Microsoft knowledge- Windows O/S experience (8, Vista, XP)
- Good Networking knowledge
- Proven progress in studies in a relevant technical discipline or demonstrated substantial experience, skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in a Level 1 role or no experience at all!
- Fantastic communication skills is a must (written & verbal) we are looking for someone who can mesh well with the existing team
- No more than 2-3 years experience
- Demonstrated enthusiasm to provide an excellent level of service
- Ability to work under work pressure
