SERVICE DESK ANALYST

THE ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Previous experience working as Service Desk Analyst.
- Extensive application support experience with Microsoft office 2003/2007/2010.
- Hands - on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and desktop server operating systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapports with the Service Desk customers and IT suppliers.

About the Role
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work in a dynamic IT Department supporting industry best of breed solutions. This role will be reporting in to the Service Desk Team Leader, as a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for fielding and resolving incoming service requests from end users.
