My client is a respected Government organisation looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team for an initial 3 month contract with view to extend.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Deliver 1st level technical support in a responsive, high quality and customer focused service in relation to the organisations ICT equipment and business applications.
- Install, configure and maintain desktop computer hardware and software and perform desktop & applications rollouts for their staff/clients to ensure that desktop equipment is current, operational and meets the needs of the clients.
- Ensure that all Service Desk jobs are recorded in the call logging system and records are properly maintained and regularly updated and that clients are regularly advised on the progress of their incidents, enquiries and work requests.
- Proven experience in supporting and maintaining a wide range of computer technologies including desktop hardware, software, operating systems and peripherals, Standard Operating Environments (SOE), office automation products and Windows Administration tasks.
- Relevant ICT qualifications and certifications or minimum two years industry experience in a computer support role.
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
