OUR CLIENT, A LEADING FMCG COMPANY, IS LOOKING FOR A SERVICE DESK ANALYST TO WORK ON A 6 MONTH CONTRACT, IN EASTLEIGH.

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will have experience in Citrix desktop/applications.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Resolving, classifying, escalating IT issues
- Answering 40/50 calls per day
- Providing clients with updates and answering questions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Service desk experience
- Citrix desktop/applications experience
- Exceptional and clear communication skills
