Projektbeschreibung
IT Service Desk (1st/2nd Level Support) to join in my client head office near Zurich. This is a 12 months contract role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Service Desk team near Zurich supporting approx. 3000 end-users. You will ensure provision of excellent customer service to clients guaranteeing the quality provided by the IT Service Desk to the business.
Requirements:
- Service Desk/Technical background
- 1-2 years' experience in operating within a successful support service
- Excellent English oral and written communication
