Job Title: Service Desk
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: 6+months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Experience + 2 years of working experience
- Should be ready to work 24 x 7 support (rotational shifts)
- 1-3 years help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
- Phone support experience necessary.
- Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
- Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
- Hands-on work experience with the following:
- Windows Operating systems
- Clients: Windows 7, MAC10.5.x, 10.6x,10.7.x, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98
- Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003
- Imaging using Ghost Software
- Remote desktop connectivity applications: RDP, pcAnywhere
- MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook/Exchange
- Internet browsers (eg Explorer, Netscape, Firefox)
- Active Directory, user creation and deletion
- Lotus Notes Client, how to configure the client
