Service Designer / Project Manager (Brussels)

Within Hello bank! we are currently working on a project concerning the online sale of mortgages. The project consists of a housing tool that
should permit the user to value the house or apartment he is planning to buy, to help him find a house within a certain region within a certain
budget,… and a tool for the online simulation and application of the mortgage.
The project span covers the total family, as the housing tool will also be used by other branches, and if successful, it will be launched in other
Hello bank! countries as well.

Function Description
Analyse the housing/mortgage process in detail, and explore the different possibilities to realise it.
Assist the development and design of the Hello Housing tools in view of commercialisation in November 2015 in collaboration with project
participants and other internal and external stakeholders. First on web only, afterwards in app.
Take the project management lead from the business side and keep the project on track and noses in the same direction. Be aware and keep the
management aware of potential risks.
Visualise the user journeys and application design = an image says more than a 1000 words!
Responsibilities: Support end-to-end testing and coordination with other entities and departments, reporting on the project progress, organizing
coordination meetings, …

Typical deliverables:
an up to date project plan/RACI/Risk-log, business requirements, use cases, meeting minutes, …

Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in project management and service design.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
o UX design and graphical skills is a big plus.
o affinity with systems and processes
o ability to translate business objectives to business requirements and use cases
o ability to translate technical information in business communication.
o ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties (business, IT, third parties).

Preferable
Additional requirements (not mandatory)
o experience with functional/technical design
o experience with change requests management
o knowledge about buying a house, building a house and mortgage application is a big plus. (Not mandatory).
