Service Designer / Product Owner/PM (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Within Hello bank! we are currently working on a project concerning the online sale of mortgages.
The project consists of a housing tool that should permit the user to value the house or apartment he is planning to buy, to help him find a house within a certain region within a certain budget,… and a tool for the online simulation and application of the mortgage.

Function Description
You'll act as a member of the team Channel Management at Hello bank!
° You are responsible for the further development of the Housing-platform of Hello bank!
° You explore the 'housing-landscape' in search for new partners and technologies that can improve customer experience.
° Based on customer feedback, customer journey exercises, analytics,… you analyse and formulate channel-improvements.
° You build, manage and prioritize the backlog based on consumer needs, business priorities and available resources.
° You prepare detailed business requirements and supervise channel development from A to Z, always keeping the business and customer objectives in mind.
° You develop strong relationships with the other stakeholders in the end-to-end development process (UX, developers,…).
° You will help growing the organization in being more Agile and increase the time to market

Start Date
ASAP (15/11/15 the latest).
Duration : 31/03/2016 (further extension is possible).

Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Languages Requirement
Good knowledge of English is a must; however we do not require perfection both in French and Dutch. Very sound knowledge of one is enough with good/basic knowledge of the other one.

Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in the role of product owner
