Service Design Specialist

SERVICE DESIGN SPECIALIST - ITIL V3 - FRAMEWORKS - SERVICE MODELS - OLA'S - SERVICE TARGETS - TRANSITION MANAGEMENT

Our well known Broadcast Client is seeking a Service Design Specialist to create a framework, ITIL aligned, in which SOC related services are designed, delivered and transitioned in to the live Security Operations Centre (SOC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Document, and agree with programme stakeholders, a Service Lifecycle Management Strategy for Information Security Services
- Create a Service Design Package for each of the identified Information Security Services
- Document and drive initiatives to keep updated Information Security Service Strategy Design, Operations model. Covering the full ITIL lifecycle and relevant processes
- Create, document and review the Information Security Service Catalogue
- Develop procedures for Continual Service Improvement as part of the Service lifecycle
- Support projects by promoting adherence to the Information Security Service alignment Strategy
- Ensure that the requirements for ongoing support are aligned to OLA's and service targets are identified and appropriately addressed by projects and service operations

ESSENTIALS OF THE ROLE:

- Previous experience of working within a Service Design and/or Transition Management team on high value, business critical projects
- Design of service models that underpin the delivery of Information Security services in an multi-vendor outsourced environment
- Hands on management of the transition of high availability infrastructure and service projects
- Understanding of the key commercial/operational drivers and associated interdependencies that typically underpin outsourced managed I.T. services
- Good understanding of Service Delivery processes
