My client, a leading law firm, are currently searching for a Service Design Analyst to join their high profile London based team on a long term contract.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- Experienced in service delivery and the impact it can have on the Service Design team
- Developing, implementing and refining IT Operations processes and procedures
- Managing and agreeing the co-ordination and acceptance of new IT services
- Excellent relationship management and influencing & negotiating skills
- Demonstratable delivery of IT Change initiatives.
