JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Has to manage the service delivery of customer solutions on a daily basis
- Reporting on service levels, customer satisfaction and recommending changes through a process of continual improvement.
- To deliver and achieve the highest customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and managing customer expectations
- Work alongside sales, project management and technical teams to identify and implement new projects and solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Problem, change & incident management experience
- Excellent time management & organisational skills required
- Excellent decision making skills
- Windows 7 rollout experience is a big plus
- Able to review ticket handling performance to KPIs
- Must be fluent in French Language
