Service Delivery Manager Senior VP, London, Top Tier Investment Bank

One of the market leading investment banks is in need of a Service Delivery Manager to join their client relationship management (CRM) ranks. The role is a permanent one at Senior VP level in London.

The role will focus upon providing application and software management throughout the business. You will be in charge of planning, configuring, maintaining and driving the technology forward.

All applicants must have experience working in an ITIL environment.

The client is looking for someone who is technically hands on with a wide base of infrastructure knowledge.

You will be in charge of a team including two Infrastructure Managers and an application support team who will report to you.

Good communication skills and experience of offshore management is hugely advantageous as you will be dealing with a offshore teams throughout the role.
