Service Delivery Manager - SOE Upgrade

Our client, a well known WA brand is looking for a Service Delivery specialist. This exciting role will see you working closely with the internal service delivery team and the project team regarding a major SOE Upgrade. This employer is recognised for it's innovation and excellent working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
You will have a strong background in Service Delivery and be able to demonstrate a previous SOE deployment project experience. The successful candidate will work alongside a highly efficient team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this major project.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience of managing deliveries from 3rd parties,
- An understanding and experience of implementing IT services,
- Awareness and experience of any structured Project Management methodology
- ITIL v3 Foundation level accreditation.
- Experience with working in an environment delivering a high number of changes
