SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - SERVICE MANAGEMENT - SPAIN
NextLink is currently looking for a Regional Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
The Service Delivery Manager will be working in the IT Run team for the EMEA/LATAM region. The Service Delivery Manager Regional SDM will be responsible to provide cross-service support focusing on driving continuous improvement, escalation management and driving innovation for the region. The Service Delivery Manager will work with other Regional and Global SDMs in the daily delivery and operations of the Run IT Services.
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER DUTIES, EXP. AND SKILLS:
- Manages issue resolution and critical operational issues
- Identify potential issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide a Regional view of Continuous Improvement and Innovation plans
- Coordinate planning of changes to service KPIs
- Provides a view on Vendor performance
- Track record of managing largely outsourced IT Run in global organizations
- More than 3 years of experience in Service Management of a global or regional service portfolio in similar areas
- Understanding of relevant service model (ITIL/Cobit)
- High proficiency of English. German or languages is required, other languages are a plus.
