Datamatics is looking for Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for long term contract in Lyon, France.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Relevant university degree and/or equivalent professional qualifications
- Kknowledge of ITIL and the Managed Services environment (ITIL and PRINCE2)
- Must be proficient in French (oral and written) and English languages
- Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position or in a Managed Services environment in charge of customer relationship management (ideally obtained in an industrial company in an IS team)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to build relationships with customers and users
- Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of the company
- Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment and in an international, multicultural context
- Leadership, proactivity, ability to be the driving force and to move forward.  Can-do attitude is absolutely a must
- Team spirit as well as the ability to work autonomously - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- General knowledge of healthcare systems Information are appreciated
- Travel:- expected 10-25% of the time
