SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - Northern Spain
Service Delivery Manager:
A leading automotive engineering firm in Spain requires A SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER on a 6 month contract. The Service Delivery Manager should have experience on ERP projects and should be happy to join in Spain for the summer months.
The detailed job description for the SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER is as follows:

Reviewing and approving major changes to go-live

Working with suppliers for the Daily Status Review call on the P1/P2 tickets for the EMEA region
-
Reviewing and creating Service requests for the necessary new requirements
-
Working with EMEA divisional BPOs and power users closely for the issues/concerns on the respective business processes to have the necessary support from suppliers
-
Keep a track of high priority issues/incidents, P1, P2 tickets till resolution confirmation
-
Working with Service desk team on communication protocols and issues reporting in case of escalated issues
-
Reporting the status updates to Delphi internal management on high priority issues
-
Working closely with Global ERP SDM and APAC SDM on operational issues
-
Reviewing and approving the POs for EMEA Service requests
-
Working closely with business SMEs on NGT LM area
