Service Delivery Manager - Mainframe Services with profound ITIL knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Proficiency of service management, specifically of the ITIL framework
- Extensive experience in License and Contract management, as well as IT Outsourcing
- Practical knowledge in Data Analytics, Reporting and supporting tools
- Good knowledge of Software life cycle and License management
- Project Management skills (eg Prince2 or PMI)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. German is a big plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Taking responsibility for Vendor Management, License and Contract Management and Service Management
- Providing support in Software, Process and Project Management as well as Risk Management
- Coordinating internal Organization, in addition to ensuring service standards and policies
- Driving customer satisfaction and client relationship improvement
