Service Delivery Manager (m/w) für Wolfsburg

Currently we are searching for ONE candidate who is able to cover the following position:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for strategy development and implementation of service delivery resources and oversight of operational facilities; responsible for Application service delivery and governance. Reviews and provide inputs to Account managers specific to delivery capabilities, execution of the delivery plan as given in the steady state plan, Provide Application Group level inputs to the operations team for the Unit business planning exercise IN ORDER TO make business plan more relevant and close to reality.

YOUR TASKS:

- Represent the service delivery team across the organizations
- Manage the risk of operating the Application Maintenance Support
- Coordinate communication among support tracks or application bundles
- Serve as the point of escalation for major incidents
- Provide input to the Continual Service Improvement process(CSI)
- Plan for service future
- Participate in internal service review meetings (within IT)
- Work with Transition manager and service sponsor to identify and prioritize service improvement
- Participate in external service review meetings (with the business)
- You are responsible for ensuring that the service entry in the Service Portfolio/Catalog is accurate and is maintained
- Participate in negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for the service
- Ensure that performance meets the requirements of SLAs and OLAs
- Provide reporting and metrics on performance of service

YOUR PROFILE:

- BI Background with ONE of the following Skill combinations:

·       Oracle Pl/SQL + Informatica
·       SAP BO + QlikView
·       SAP BW + SAP BO

- ITIL V3 Certification at least at foundation level
- German fluent
- English fluent

BASIC PARAMETERS:

- Start: as soon as possible
- Duration: Permanent or at least 6 month for freelancer
- Location: Wolfsburg
- Type of employment: Permanent or Freelance
