MY DUTIES:

- Ensure that our internal customers receive the services they need on time and in the required quality
- Transparent communication and good stakeholder management
- Coordinate and prioritize requests and follow up until they are fulfilled
- Supporting service and change management
- Incident management support
- Preparation of reports
- Organization and execution of service review meetings

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Practical experience with ITIL processes (or comparable) and very good knowledge of IT service management
- Very good ability to abstract thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and persuasiveness
- Fluent English
