Service Delivery Manager job in Antwerp - mobile telecoms
Please read on if you have the following:
- Extensive Service Management/Delivery Management experience
- Experience delivering mobile telco projects
- Fluent Dutch plus good French and English
The job is to ensure customer satisfaction through the quality of our IT service and other deliverables. There needs to be a balance between business requirements and IT constraints.
The client expects a good overall mobile telecoms market knowledge, so things like smartphone projects, tablets, Blackberry, broadband etc. The Service Delivery Manager remains in contact with mobile phone service providers and also has budgetary responsibilities so P&L experience is required.
Since this is a client-facing role, strong soft skills need to be demonstrable.
There may be extra room in the budget for a perfect match: a tri-lingual Service Delivery Manager with experience of mobile telecoms projects.
