Service Delivery Manager (ITIL, Oracle, Unix, Windows) for Infrastructure initiative in leading Pharma organisation in Basel.
Responsible for the ITIL Service Manager, Processes, Service Delivery and Order Management.
Infratructure initiave across multiple data centres.
Duties inc: Scheduling and chasing orders; Tracking and meetings; and KPI's.
Leading Teams, Change Management and Steering committees.
- Previous Service Delivery, Pharma preferred but not essential. Banking and insurnace considered.
- 5-10 years ITIL.
- Expert Process Management.
- Windows, Oracle, Unix.
- GIS and IBM service management.
- Fluent in English, German desirable.
- GIS, IBM SErvices management processes.
