Service Delivery Manager - ITIL - Continual Improvement

SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - ITIL - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial service sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyzing and assessing the existing administrative and service management processes to find improvements
- Planning and managing the implementation of propositions based on the identification of improvement potential
- Evaluating existing processes, workflows, systems and support structure and integrate new or changed services
- Continual Service Improvement of the IT Infrastructure, Database, Middleware and Document Management systems
- Determining process gaps and implementing process improvements, where necessary
- Driving the production delivery by preparing and completing action plans
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working know-how in service management and specifically of the ITIL framework (one or more ITIL V3 intermediate certifications)
- Strong background in service management
- Exposure to risk management and analysis techniques
- Experience of self-managing technical projects and/or risk analysis and delivering to specific objectives and firm dates
- Knowledge of process and technical documentation specification, review and updates
- Languages: Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
