SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES)
This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced SD Manager to join an International Team. The role will involve working closely with a Service Provider and internal Technical Teams to improve service levels, process improvement and interface with Service Providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Review tickets from internal users before forwarding to Providers
- Set up tickets in the providers service management tool
- Interface with Managed Service
- Improve and optimise processes
- Review and improve common technical issues
- Monitor Managed Service KPI's
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- TECHNICAL/ENGINEERING KNOW-HOW IN INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES (IE PROXY, FIREWALL ETC)
- IP Filtering, Virus Scanning and WPAD (Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Protocol) knowledge
- PREFERENCE FOR CANDIDATES FROM A SERVICE PROVIDER BACKGROUND
- Outsourcing/Managed Service experience essential
- Prior experience of managing Service Providers
- Experience in an IT Service environment
- ITIL skills are an advantage
- ENGLISH AND GERMAN ARE A MUST
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES LIVING WITHIN A DAILY COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO ZURICH.
