For our client, a global Telecommunications company, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Human Resources (f/m) on a permanent basis (f/m)

Start: Immediate

Location: Munich

Tasks:

- Reporting direct to the Director Projects at Harvey Nash, you have full operational responsibility for the set-up and efficient running of an onsite HR Administration Service on behalf of one of our international clients.
- As first contact for our client on all operational aspects of the service, you act as an expert advisor both internally to Harvey Nash and externally to the client around service improvements as well as compliance and legislation.
- you are instrumental In building the service including the set-up of processes and systems around communication, task distribution, service level, quality and reporting.
- You establish, execute and manage KPIs to achieve agreed service levels
- You act as a compliant watchdog and ensure that all processes are rigidly adhered to by both parties.
- You ensure timely and accurate reporting to Intel and Harvey Nash management.

Skills

- As a qualified and experienced HR Professional you have at least 5 years experience in all aspects of HR back-office processes (record management, benefits and payroll administration, support functions, etc).
- Your most recent responsibilities have been in a service management capacity either for a service provider of HR services or in a progressive internal HR department with a "client first" credo.
- You are an expert in building and running processes
- You have experience in building and managing performance metrics in order to achieve service levels.
- You are consistently up-to-date on changes in legislation that effect the world of work.
- You have experience in managing direct reports.
- providing your clients the best possible experience is embedded in your DNA; you work best in a team and you have a strong commercial acumen.
- Your German language skills are at native-speaker level and your English is fluent.

- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
