Projektbeschreibung
Service Delivery Manager (German Speaking) needed for our Swiss banking client based in Zürich for a long term contract with scope for extension.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT INCLUDE:
. Working with the business management teams, the Sector specific Service Delivery Managers and vendor teams on issues, outage reporting/management including SLA reporting improvements
* Leading the vendor support teams in working with their development counterparts in the CC IT Sectors to ensure the smooth release and on-going support of new deliveries to production
* Leading the vendor support teams through incident/problem management, service request management, change management, handovers, and knowledge development ensuring a standard model of support is implemented
* Fostering good relations with the vendor and the CC IT Sectors in the Utility. Initiate, plan and coordinate key service improvement initiatives such as consolidation of activities into the utility support model or delivery of new technology to replace End-of-Life IT components.
* Work closely with business, technology and vendor partners to improve overall Front-to-Back IT service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 2 years of outsourcing experience, preferably in financial services
* Professional skill in project management
* Planning and organizing
* Decision making
* Resource management
* Financial control
* Risk and issue management
* Stakeholder management
* Leadership, strategic and execution level experience combined with a strong record of delivering results and impact
* Strong negotiating, influencing and change management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent spoken and written ENGLISH AND GERMAN
* People management skills
* Able to influence and engage individuals and teams to achieve goals
* Organised, articulate and able to gain commitment from others
* Driven and focused on outcomes
