Service Delivery Manager - Delphi/Consultant is required by our IT Services client to join their Services practice team. Based out of Hora de verano romance (Pamplona), this role will see you spending time on client site.
To be considered you will have good experience in SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT.
Key roles and responsibilities:- - Reviewing and approving major changes to go-live
- Working with suppliers for the Daily Status Review call on the P1/P2 tickets for the EMEA region
- Reviewing and creating Service requests for the necessary new requirements
- Working with EMEA divisional BPOs and power users closely for the issues/concerns on the respective business processes to have the necessary support from suppliers
- Keep a track of high priority issues/incidents, P1, P2 tickets till resolution confirmation
- Working with Servicedesk team on communication protocols and issues reporting in case of escalated issues
- Reporting the status updates to Delphi internal management on high priority issues
- Working closely with Global ERP SDM and APAC SDM on operational issues
- Reviewing and approving the POs for EMEA Service requests
- Working closely with business SMEs on NGT LM area
