My client, a reporting and analysis company based inCentral London, is looking for an experience service delivery manager to come on run a globally dispersed team of developers responsible for their data acquisition function. We are looking for a service delivery manager with the following experience / skills: - IT / Service Delivery Management - Experience working in global organisations - Knowledge / experience in data acquisition and related technologies - Experience line managing on-shore and off-shore resources - Vendor Management - Project Management The successful manager will get the opportunity to run a highly skilled team at an exciting time, with the function undergoing a re-architecture and the team expanding on a global scale. Responsibilities will involve the line management of on-shore and off-shore development resources, as well as vendor management, project management, and involvement in the vendor selection process for a new data acquisition system.
