For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Software and License Management
- Process and Project Management
- Outsourcing Project Support
- Internal Organization
- Business (internal Customer) Demand Management
- Risk Management

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent understanding of Service Management processes (ideally certified, ie ITIL)
- Process mapping
- IT Outsourcing experience
- License & Contract management experience
- Affinity with Data Analytics, Reporting and supporting tools
- Project Management skills (ideally certified, ie Prince2 or PMI)
- Sound knowledge of Software life cycle and License management
- General IT understanding, with if possible a Mainframe environment exposure
- Business Demand Management and Planning
- Positive and can-do attitude, hands-on, active involvement and participation in team's activities
- Excellent communication skills, with capability to adapt to audience
- Outstanding organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Strong conceptual capabilities and ability to work across various cultures
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus, additional language are welcome

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Duration: 24 months, possibility for an extension
