For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (CONTRACT) - 5543
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the supplement of the service and product (meet timelines, ensure quality as well as service and budget compliance)
- Submit infrastructure services to the users including platforms as: LINUX, WINDOWS, DATABASE, WEB SERVICES, STORAGE, AND VIRTUAL MACHINES
- Adjust delivery risks and issues
- Day to day support of service delivery (meeting SLA's)
- Create KPI's, delivery plans, status reports and risk logs
- Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders of different levels
- Assist the clients and users with their delivery requests through a SERVICENOW Ordering Platform
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in a similar position within IT infrastructure, HANDS-ON SERVICE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
- Very good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies across different platforms as WINDOWS, UNIX, DATABASE, STORAGE, WEB SERVICES OR NETWORK
- Leadership qualities, problem solving skills and a strong communicator
- FLUENTLY ENGLISH AND GOOD GERMAN SKILLS ARE A MUST
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Start: Mai 2017
- Duration: 12 months
- DAILY PAY RATE: CHF 670 (ALL-INCLUSIVE)
