SERVICE DELIVERY PROJECT MANAGER - CLOUD/DATACENTER - DANISH SPEAKER
My client, a Global Telecommunications Giant is currently looking for a Danish speaking Service Delivery Project Manager with good Cloud/DataCenter experience to join them on a long term contract based in Denmark.
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assist with the customer install base consolidation and renewal project. Along with the assigned Asset manager.
Update and keep track of actions.
Will run day-to-day tasks in this project along with Asset Manager and assigned contact from the customer.
Project Management of pro-active support activities for customer.
Keep delivery documents for SP accounts up to date, based on meetings etc. Project trackers and minutes, Contract overviews. Etc.
Interface with Operations Manager, Asset Manager and Engineers in order to create reports and analyses to boost the quality of the deliveries.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of ITIL functions: Incident, asset/configuration management
Good analytical capability/detail oriented
Able to be Customer facing
Self driven
Strong in excel and Powerpoint
Project planning experience
Strong English skills (written/speech)
