SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Successful experience(s) as Service Delivery Manager of at least 5 years
- Minimum 3 years experience with 'on-site' delivery model
- Experience in 'Workplace' IT services
- Experience in international environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills and proven experience in team leading
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Responsible for the delivery, including Service Levels, Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Responsible for the delivery and liaise and report as such with the customer
- Collaborate closely with the Client Manager (contract manager) to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and for the Business Development (upselling)
- Manage the organisation dedicated to the contract and the different teams (on-site and near-shore) that reports directly to them
- Liaises with central organization for delivery matters
