My Belgiun-based client is keen on getting an experienced professional to join them on an initial monthly rolling project as a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER.
You must be able to speak Dutch or French and English fluently, and be available to start ASAP on site!
As a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER, you will need the following skills:
- Customer stakeholder management and communication
- SLA & KPIs adherence
- Contribution to problem management and service improvements
- Technical leadership in major incident resolution
- Operational and financial reporting
- Updating customer about new technology solutions aligned to global product release calendar
- Identify opportunities for resource optimization and contribute to improved account margin
