SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - BELGIUM (MECHELEN OR BRUSSELS)

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and DUTCH (bilingual)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

-Knowledge in working with offshore delivery centres/multicultural environments.
-Middleware, application or integration projects knowledge desirable.
-Application of advanced technical and business knowledge to manage application issues.
-Strong communications skills; good presentation skills.
-Client-facing interpersonal skills.
-Timeliness, adherence to agreements and deadlines.
-Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.
-Team or BU team leader experience is a plus.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Be accountable and responsible of SLA.
- Drive the maintenance delivery team in all production requirements.
- Ensuring quality changes and securing the production.
- Participate in project assessment.
- Undertaking the full range of Service Management functions required to ensure service delivery compliance.
- Managing IT service levels in order to maintain performance objectives.
- Providing application life cycle technical expertise.
- Managing service improvement programs regarding customer satisfaction and service delivery.
