Service Delivery Manager - Banking - Zürich

SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage on behalf of the customer all aspects of the IT Infrastructure delivery for strategic Application Development and Technology Projects.Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Support Account Managers with estimates on infrastructure
- Keep up to date with IT Standards in order to support the strategies in place
- Act as "Trusted Advisor" to the Application Development and Technology departments providing guidance on IT Standards
- Assist the customer with IT Infrastructure design that meets their requirements
- Guide the customer through the procedures and process's
- Ensure delivery of the IT Infrastructure on time and within budget
- Provide up to date reporting to management of activities

Skills & Experience:

- Solid knowledge of UNIX and Windows infrastructure including virtual environments
- Solid Knowledge of Network environment and Security considerations is desirable
- IT Project management experience - at least 3 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability of working in team environments
- Very good German and English skills
