Service Delivery Manager - (Service Delivery, ITIL and Process) is needed of my leading client, a top Service Provider in the Pharmaceuticals sector urgently seeks a hands-on Service Delivery Manager - (Service Delivery, ITIL and Process) to come in a set up the help desk and also be client facing. The chosen Service Delivery Manager candidates must have experience in the following skills:

Key skills:
- Service Delivery
- Help Desk Set ups
- Client Facing
- Processes set up / Defining Process
- Debugging Infrastructure
- Mentoring
- Ticket Systems set ups

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

- ITIL Certification (Foundation)
- Pharmaceuticals

£30,000 - £45,000 + Bens
