Service Delivery Manager (ITIL, ISO20000, PMI, Prince2)
Service Delivery Manager (ITIL, ISO20000, PMI, Prince2) to work in Liege (Belgium) for 6 months project, great rates!
The ideal Service Delivery Manager (ITIL, ISO20000, PMI, Prince2) will have at least 5 year's of experience in:
-Project experience, program or transition management-
-Knowledge of distributed and/or Mainframe infrastructures and components (SAN, OS, Servers, Virtualization, DB, Web, etc.) and/or software solutions;
-Innate, proactive, dynamic leadership, active listening, client oriented, real analytical ability, excellent communicator-
-Mastery of processes and best practices in project management and IT services
-Ability to analyze structured and effective reporting
-Certification in the field of service management or project management (ITIL, ISO 20000, PMI, 6Sigma, etc.).
LANGUAGES: FRENCH (NATIVE-FLUENT)
ENGLISH ( GOOD LEVEL)
RESPONSABILITIES:
-Guarantee the quality and conformity of the deliverables provided under the terms of the contracts
-Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by: maintaining proactive contact with clients, identifying new needs to facilitate positive and productive long-term relationships
-Analyze deviations from SLAs, identify and address complaints;
-Implement plans to improve service (quality and follow-up of customer satisfaction) through the service level report for tactical and operational aspects
-Service Management Participate in the Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL) process
-Provide suggestions and develop solutions with the business team
