My global pharmaceuticals client is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager to work on a 6 month initial project in Switzerland starting as soon as possible.
Key requirements:
- Service Delivery Manager
- German and English languages
- Project management, vendor management and service management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ensuring best practices, trends and strategies are adherred to
- Governing IT infrastructure to meet current and future needs
- Performing regular service reviews
- ITIL
