For a client of ours, a global corporate with local headquarters, is searching for a Service Delivery Manager for a long term contract.
This person will ensure an adequate service level and gather business unit requirements towards Infrastructure Service Delivery in order to meet the business demand, drive for continuous improvement of application environment and ensure coordination with global & business unit internal Infrastructure Service Delivery.
We are looking for someone who has direct experience on Salesforce implementation/deployment projects/programmes. This person will also have around 5-6 years of Project Management or Service Delivery experience.
