Service Delivery Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager X4 for a leading Retail Bank. I have outlined the role details below.

Role: Service Delivery Manager X4
Rate: Up to £350p/d
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Contract Length: Until July Initially

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager X4 to manage all aspects of the current and future performance of several of the banks IT 3rd party suppliers. The role will involve assessing the current status of the suppliers and then delivering a plan to address any gaps found. In addition to supplier management, the role will included elements of cost management, service management, risk management, and meeting regulatory requirements. An understanding of supplier management practices is essential. If you have experience in a supplier management role please apply.

The Service Delivery Manager X4 will have overall accountability for managing all aspects of current and future performance of one (or more) of the group's operational 3rd party suppliers,
and/or

Managing specific elements of the current & future performance of one of the group's strategic 3rd party suppliers.
May also manage regulators & internal suppliers.
All elements of agreed cost, service, risk, regulatory requirements to be achieved and stability to be maintained during delivery of change
Service & supply relationship to be developed in line banks strategic priorities, generating value for both parties
Rigorous control of demand/budgets to be applied
