Service Delivery Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join a global, market leading organisation headquartered in Belgium.
The client has recently implemented IT Helpdesk and Deskside Support functions as a delivery model for End-User services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of vendors across Europe, whilst ensuring the delivery of continuous service improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of service improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the implementation of vendor management processes and tools
- Prepare performance reports for meetings and events
- Handle financial approvals
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in IT
- Experience with IT service delivery in a complex IT infrastructure environment in a large global organization
- Experience with ITIL Service Operations and Continuous Service Improvement processes
- Project management and financial management experience is a plus
