Service Delivery Manager

Are you interested in a three month contract with a successful North York based company?

A well regarded client of ours is currently out to market for a contract Technical Service Delivery Manager for a period of three months at the first instance. They are keen to secure candidates for this role as soon as possible and shall be reviewing CVs early next week.

The permanent equivalent of this position is circa £45,000 per annum.

Previous experience in management of staff will be required- this role has five direct reports.

Candidates will be able to exhibit the following in their career to date:-

* Proven ability to implement change
* Proven track record of delivering Customer Service excellence
* Awareness best of practice methodologies
* Management and development of teams
* Review and recommend new technology
* Ability to communicate successfully at all levels
* Track record of project delivery
* Extensive experience in Service Delivery role
* Have an excellent understanding of IT Service provision

A working knowledge of the following areas will be expected:-

* Windows XP/Windows 7 professional
* MS Office 2003/2010
* Remote Desktop / Terminal Services
* Windows Server 2003/2008
* Windows Active Directory
* MS Exchange 2003/2010
