Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery/IT strategy Manager for our client in Belgium.

Location: Wallonia region, Belgium
Language: Fluency in French, Dutch and English (written & spoken)

Profile:
- A minimum of 6 - 10 years' experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in an IT strategy definition role
- In-depth knowledge of IT Operating Models, both in terms of design and implementation, with a concrete experience of these models in a role of Service Delivery Manager
- Strong personality, good communication and leadership skills
- Conceptualization capacity
- Creative and solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English (written & spoken)

Mission Description:
- Evaluation of the current organization in terms of Service Delivery and its maturity
- Fit gap analysis in the light of the new federal requirements
- Definition of an IT Operating Model, including:
- Definition and implementation of ITIL processes
- Definition of Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements
- Identification of the sourcing mode and organization required
- Definition of roles and responsibilities
- Identification of tools
- Identification of required reporting and metrics.
